Carlos Gutierrez fuels the growth of minority business enterprises.
Gutierrez is a Strategic Alliances and Innovation Ecosystem Specialist at the US Department of Commerce. Working within the Minority Business Development Agency, he creates and sustains connection to business and trade associations, federal agencies, and other groups that support and sponsor the growth of Minority Business Enterprises.
The US Marine Corps veteran received his MS Degree in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin’s Red McCombs School of Business, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BA in Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
