Ocean Oxygen Loss May Leave Sea Life Struggling to Breath
Researchers at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) report that climate change will reduce oxygen across large ocean regions between 2030 and 2040. NCAR is unsure, however, if this projected drain is already having an impact.
NCAR is a US federally funded research and development center managed by the nonprofit University Corporation for Atmospheric Research and funded by the National Science Foundation.
