In 2013, Elicerio was hired as a Quality Assurance Manager by Beaumont, California’s Perricone Farms.
The family-owned business is the largest manufacturer of fresh-squeezed citrus juice in the western United States.
Since her university graduation, Elicerio has earned essential certifications in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Food Recalls: Essentials for Action, and Good Manufacturing Practices for the Food Industry.
She is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, has BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
