Chelsea Balli has worked in Biotechsince her first internship in 2012.
Balli, a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, knows how to work and to give back. As an Amgen engineer, among other duties, she works with multiple teams and projects, does design analysis, and gives device engineering technical assistance. Amgen is a biotechnology company specializing in human therapeutics.
Previously, she was a Biomedical Engineer doing research for cardiovascular surgery for the Miami Children’s Health System. While working on her BS Degree in Medical/Medical Engineering at the University of Houston, Balli interned at the Texas Heart Institute.
She is currently enrolled in a MS in Biotechnology and MBA program at California State University, Channel Islands.
