Joseph Jackson works in structural science and geotechnical engineering.
Jackson, a trained civil engineer, has multiple facets. He is also a self-taught musician who can strum a guitar and a frat brother who can twirl a walking stick.
He received both his BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering with a focus in Structures and his Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering from Cornell University.
Jackson also is a dedicated member of the National Society of Black Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and the Deep Foundation Institute. Its focus is on deep foundation construction and earth retention systems technologies.
Since 2015, the Engineer I has worked at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. an employee-owned consulting firm providing geotechnical, environmental, water, ecological, and construction management services.
