Luis O. Noguerol is a highly-credentialed cyber security specialist .
Noguerol, since 2015, has been an Information System Security Officer and Information System Technology Officer at the US Department of Commerce.
He chairs the Cyber Security Division for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Fisheries, Southeast Region. His jurisdiction includes parts of Florida, Mississippi, and Texas. He also direct the area’s cyber objectives, strategic implementation plans, milestone review, and portfolio management.
He has earned 35 cyber security or information technology-related certifications.
Noguerol has a PhD in, Management in Organizational Leadership – Information Systems & Technology from the University of Phoenix.
Before he fled Cuba, Noguerol was graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian from the University of Holguin, Cuba. He later earned an AS in Networking Systems Administration at Florida National College.
Since 2006, the entrepreneur has also been president and CEO of his own Miami company which provides electronic data security.
