David Jackson’s driving for his work ethic precedes him.
Jackson was hired as an Engineering Specialist with expertise in liquid propulsion by The Aerospace Corporation in 2008, He had been working as a graduate research assistant in the High Temperature Gasdynamics Laboratory at his graduate alma mater, Stanford University in, Palo Alto, CA.
Prior to that, he spent nearly two years as an Associate Laboratory Engineer at the US Air Force Research Laboratory. Jackson has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering, cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
He is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the National Society of Black Engineers.
