Lozano is a best friend to customers, support analysts, quality analysts, and management. Why? Because he provides customer support for a mouthful of software called a Remote Debugging Interfaces Point-of Sale application. It protects more than 14,000 US McDonald’s restaurants, and 34,000 customer locations around the world.
The McDonald’s Corporation hired Lozano, who was graduated from DeVry University with a BS in Computer Engineering Technology, in 2010. He had worked previously for Quad Graphics, the second-largest commercial printer in the United States, as a Supply Chain Analyst.
