Angie Ruiz has taken progressive steps up the Aerospace ladder.
In 2005, the year after Ruiz received her MS in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine, where she also earned a BS Degree in Mathematics, The Aerospace Corporation hired her.
By 2015, she had climbed from a first job as a Member of the Technical Staff to her present position as a Manager. Ruiz is involved in areas that include communication satellite payload modeling and loading analysis, algorithm development, and data analysis of hyperspectral images, which are gathered from the electromagnetic spectrum.
