The Associate Director of the Space Sciences Department at The Aerospace Corporation, is the manager of a scientific team of more than 15.
It performs near-Earth space environment research, and supports customer needs that include satellite anomaly analysis, such anomalies are events that affect satellite operation, and plasma and radiation specification used in satellite design.
Chen’s PhD and MS in Physics are from the University of California, Los Angeles and her BS in Physics is from the University of California, Irvine.
