Jonathan Biron’s interest in the food sector is surging.
Biron is a Product Developer Consultant at JPG Resources, a food product developer consultancy based in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Prior to joining JPG, the member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa, was owner, product designer and developer of Wild Soul Foods, LLC.
The archer and mountain biker in his free time has an MS in Business Analytics, Marketing and Finance degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a BS in Biosystems Engineering, Food Engineering, from Michigan State University.
He is a member of the American Indian Science & Engineering Society.
