Dupin is a Food Specialist at Mondelēz International, with degrees in Food Science and Food Engineering.

She provides training related to food processing, consults, investigates and establishes projects to create new products, and advises on machinery and equipment purchasing used in food companies and pilot plants.

Mondelēz International, in East Hanover, NJ, is one of the world’s largest snack companies. Its divisions include Cadbury, Nabisco, and Oreo.

She earned MS in Business and Food Science from Rutgers University and a BS in Food Engineering from the Universidad de Caldas, Colombia.
